Cancellation Policy: The time needed for your service(s) or packages that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24hrs notice for individual services and 48hrs on packages of two services or more. Please leave a message on our voicemail if we don’t answer; we do check our messages regularly.
If you need to cancel, and do so 24hrs/48hrs prior to your appointment there will be no charge or penalty. If you cancel last minute or no show, you will be charged a $100 fee for the service.
If you have canceled last-minute 3 times or are a no-show we will ask you to prepay your service moving forward.
